Shukunegi Taiken Gakushukan (Hands-on Learning Centre) is located right at the entrance to the Shukunegi village. The Centre provides the nostalgic, hands-on experience of making soba (buckwheat noodles), and doing a bamboo craft (bamboo-copter). If you're hungry, dishes made from local ingredients are served at the old-house style eatery equipped with an understairs cupboard. An ample selection of hand-made souvenirs are also available.
