Minshuku Takayama
Minshuku Takayama is a Japanese-style Bed and Breakfast with local atmosphere, surrounded by the foliage of Japanese zelkova. Conveniently located near Ogi Marine Park, the inn is an ideal base for fishing from shore and sea bathing. Tourist attractions including Ogi Folk Museum, which has the merchant ship “Hakusanmaru” on display, are close by. Meals are made from turban shellfish and abalones caught on a tub boat, and special soba noodles that have established this inn's popularity. The special, hand-kneaded buckwheat noodles are made and served, reservation-only, at lunchtime. (Subject to availability depending on the occupancy of the inn. Please contact Minshuku Takayama in advance.)
